Braille Transcription Process

We perform all our braille transcription tasks using proprietary coding software. This ensures each transcriber stays true to braille formats. We use Braille2000 for our braille translations and Microsoft Word for our tactile graphics production.

• Our team of professional experts thoroughly review and transcribe your document.

• We perform our standard Quality Assurance check to ensure your document is accurate and ready for your client.

• The document is then embossed in-house on our braille embossers.

If you’re only requesting electronic braille files we will save the files as Braille Ready Format *.brf.

Braille Paper & Binding

We use specialized 11 × 11.5″ acid free and dust free paper. We also emboss on 8 1/2 × 11” paper, if requested.

Every braille document is bound with plastic combs that are easily replaceable and a set of protective, durable plastic covers.

We handle packaging and shipping for you.
